Richard Dewey Paulin, a 30-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 16, 1983, in Joliet, Illinois. His death was part of a series of brutal murders committed by Milton Johnson, a serial killer who terrorized the Joliet area during the summer of 1983. Johnson's killing spree began in June 1983 and continued through August 1983, claiming the lives of several victims, including Paulin.
