Andrea Harris, a 22-year-old Black female, was killed in Chicago, Illinois, on July 15, 2003, during a burst of gang-related gunfire on the city's West Side. According to court records, Harris was sitting on a porch with her boyfriend, Alonzo Walker, and several other people when a station wagon pulled up.
