Latavia Brown, a 30-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on November 16, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. On that fateful day, Latavia was on her way to a bank, accompanied by her boyfriend, when their vehicle was ambushed in the Avalon Park neighborhood.
