Devin Dwayne Kirk, an 18-year-old male from Decatur, IL, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2011. The incident occurred when Devin was with his friends, Jamel Jelks and Deontae Hodges. McSpadden, who was charged with six counts of first-degree murder, four counts of attempted first-degree murder, and two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
