Carlton "Tu Tu" Archer, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 10, 2011, in Chicago, Illinois. Carlton was found fatally shot in an alley in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood. His body was discovered behind some garbage cans around 10 p.m. that evening.
