Carlton "Tu Tu" Archer, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 10, 2011, in Chicago, Illinois. Carlton was found fatally shot in an alley in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood. His body was discovered behind some garbage cans around 10 p.m. that evening. The circumstances of his death were particularly harrowing, as he was left for dead in a secluded area, highlighting the brutal nature of the crime.
