Tobias "Toby" Jarrett, a 31-year-old African American male, passed away on February 6, 2012, in Decatur, Illinois. Tobias was born on April 20, 1980, in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. He was a loving man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as working on cars and engaging in sports. His death was a significant loss to his community and loved ones.
