Alex Anderson, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2014, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred during a planned narcotics transaction. Anderson was shot in the stomach by Tramian Barnes, who was 21 years old at the time. The shooting took place while Anderson was riding in Barnes' car in the 4300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue.
