Endia Martin, a 14-year-old African American girl, was tragically shot and killed on April 28, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident stemmed from a feud over a boy that escalated on Facebook. On that fateful day, Endia was shot in the back by another 14-year-old girl during a confrontation in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on Chicago's South Side.
