Death by Force

Seadl Commings, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 18, 2014, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Commings was found lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his chest at approximately 11:35 p.m. in the 800 block of South Central Park Avenue.
