Nigell Vazquez, a 22-year-old male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2014. On that fateful evening, Nigell was sitting alone on a porch in the 8600 block of South Ingleside Avenue in the East Chatham neighborhood when two individuals approached him. Without warning, they pointed their guns and opened fire, striking Nigell multiple times.
