Nigell Vazquez, a 22-year-old male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2014. On that fateful evening, Nigell was sitting alone on a porch in the 8600 block of South Ingleside Avenue in the East Chatham neighborhood when two individuals approached him.
