Daijohn Danzy, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on the night of November 21, 2014, in Maywood, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Fillmore Street. Officers responding to a call of shots fired found Danzy lying on the street in the 2100 block of 4th Avenue.
