Youman McKenzie, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on December 22, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:20 a.m., in the 500 block of South Central Park Avenue in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.
