Tremayne A. Palmer, a 43-year-old African American male, was found dead on April 13, 2021, in the Hegewisch neighborhood on the Far South Side of Chicago, Illinois. His body was discovered wrapped in a quilt in the 12400 block of South Torrance Avenue. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed that Palmer had been shot multiple times in the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
