Juan Simpson, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 2, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the South Side Park Manor neighborhood, specifically in the 100 block of East 69th Street. According to reports, Simpson was standing in the area when he was approached by 25-year-old Romell V. Outlaw, who fired multiple shots, striking Simpson in the back. Simpson was quickly transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:08 p.m. ...
