Mishari A. Halbrook, a 28 year old Black male, was shot during the early hours of Monday, May 25, 2015, at Club Maxey in Decatur, Illinois.
Responding officers and the coroner's office would later confirm that he suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Decatur Memorial Hospital that morning.
