Suave L. Turner, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on May 30, 2019, in Decatur, Illinois. His death occurred at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, where he was taken after being shot at the MLK Last Stop on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at approximately 11:30 p.m. on the night of May 30. Turner was transported to the hospital by a private vehicle, but despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
