Andrell O'Neal, a 30-year-old resident of Decatur, Illinois, lost his life to gun violence on July 21, 2023. The incident occurred in Decatur, where O'Neal was found dead along with another victim, 19-year-old Karlondus "Toe-Toe" "KT" Thomas Jr., also from Decatur.

The two victims were discovered in the 800 block of South Webster Street in Decatur. According to Macon County Coroner Michael E. Day, both men were pronounced dead at the scene, having suffered from gunshot trauma.
