Kristopher Claybon, a 33-year-old African American man from Chicago, IL, died on May 30, 2015, due to injuries sustained from a shooting that occurred in February of the same year. The incident took place near his home in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Claybon was shot across the street from his residence and succumbed to his injuries after battling for several months. He was pronounced dead at 8:21 a.m. on May 30, 2015.
