Cesley Elizabeth Taylor, a 21-year-old African American woman from Decatur, Illinois, tragically lost her life on September 8, 2015. Cesley, affectionately known as "Ces" and "Rasta Kidd" by her family and friends, was born on August 17, 1994. She was a beloved member of her community, known for her joyful spirit and love for basketball and children. Cesley graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2013 and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ the Living God.
