Francisco Diaz, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2015, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in Melrose Park, a suburb of Chicago. Diaz was inside a vehicle when he was approached by Ellezer Torres, a 22-year-old man from Westchester.
