Damien Cionzynski, a 23-year-old male from Harwood Heights, Chicago, was tragically shot and killed on May 28, 2016. The incident occurred around 5:15 a.m. in the 6300 block of West Montrose Avenue in the Portage Park neighborhood. According to reports, Damien Cionzynski was involved in a physical altercation inside a business establishment when he was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
