Alejandro "Jano" Fuentes, a 45-year-old male singer of Mexican descent, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. Fuentes, who had gained fame as a top 10 finalist on Mexico's version of "The Voice" in 2011, was shot multiple times while leaving his Tras Bambalinas School, a performing arts academy he owned.
