Giovanni Galvan, a 20-year-old male from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on October 22, 2016. The incident occurred in the Little Village neighborhood, a predominantly Hispanic area in Chicago. Giovanni, who was of Hispanic descent, was shot to death on a Saturday morning. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing, as drive-by shootings are often sudden and unexpected, leaving little room for the victim to react or seek safety.
