Do you know who murdered Carlos Naves-Silva? In the late hours of a summer night in Boston, the life of Carlos Naves-Silva, a 35-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short. On August 12, 2016, at approximately 11:40 p.m., police responded to a report of a person shot at 21 Algonquin Street in the Dorchester neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered Naves-Silva suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later ruled his death a homicide.
