Do you know what happened to Alberto Monteiro-Pire?
Alberto "AJ" Monteiro, a 21-year-old from Dorchester, was tragically shot and killed on September 5, 2017. The shooting took place inside a barbershop on Stoughton Street, between the Uphams Corner and Jones Hill areas of Dorchester. Alberto was getting a haircut when an assailant entered the shop and opened fire. Despite being transported to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
