Tabari Freeman, a 17-year-old male, was charged as an adult for the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Calvin Kelly on October 24, 2023, in St. Louis. The incident occurred on the 4200 block of Shreve Avenue, where Freeman was reportedly arguing with Kelly and another individual before pulling out a gun and fatally shooting Kelly.
