German Sarabia, a 22-year-old male from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2021. German Sarabia was shot to death in the overnight hours in the 1100 block of North Lake Shore Drive, located in the Near North Side neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred when he was driving, and after being shot, he crashed his vehicle. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing, as the shooting led to a fatal car crash.
