Ural Jaylin Durant, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. Durant was standing near an SUV parked in the 2400 block of West 79th Street around 7:15 p.m. when two individuals emerged from a gangway and began shooting at the vehicle.
