Philicia Ellen Monique Butler, a 22-year-old African American woman from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost her life on September 11, 2016. Philicia, affectionately known as "Phe Phe," was born on April 26, 1994, to Michelle Jordan and Phillip Butler. She was a supervisor at Walmart and a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Philicia graduated from Auburn High School in 2012 and was cherished by her family and friends.
