Daniel H. Torres, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2016, in Chicago, IL. He was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital at 4:06 p.m. The incident occurred in the 4200-block of South Fairfield.
