Jalen Talbert, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 29, 2017, in University Park, Illinois. The incident occurred around 3:45 PM in the 900 block of Morningside Lane. Police responded to the scene and found Jalen Talbert with a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
