Emma Lee Brewer Cain, aged 49, tragically lost her life on April 25, 2022, in Winter Park, Florida. Emma and her husband, James Laran Calhoun, had opened their home to a family friend, Shane Shearer, who was in need of a place to stay. On the night of the incident, an argument broke out between the couple and Shearer.
