Issac Harper, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 19, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Harper was sitting with his sister on the back porch of a home in the Longwood Manor neighborhood when the incident occurred. According to reports, three bullets struck him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene on Green Street near 97th.
