Pamela Enge, a 37-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, tragically lost her life on November 5, 2017. She was shot in the head during a memorial party in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred at a gathering to commemorate Kenneth Williams, a 28-year-old man who had been shot dead after leaving the Cook County criminal courthouse in August.
