Manuel Salazar, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot to death on November 24, 2017, in the East Side neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred at approximately 10:18 a.m. while Salazar was a passenger in a vehicle traveling in the 10000 block of South Avenue M.
