Daimmyon Hackman, a 27-year-old African American male from Bloomington, Illinois, was fatally shot on November 24, 2017, in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred at approximately 1:26 a.m. in the 7500 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue. Hackman was sitting in a vehicle when an individual approached, brandished a handgun, and announced a robbery.
