Jasmine Chacon-Chavez, a 21-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on December 17, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Jasmine was traveling in a car with two other individuals in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood when they were ambushed by a shooter wielding a rifle.
