Jamon Lewis, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2018, in Peoria, Illinois. Born on March 7, 1998, Jamon was known for his love of basketball, music, and spending time with his family. His untimely death occurred at the Lexington Hills Apartments in Central Peoria, where he was shot and killed on that fateful Monday night.
