Kamry Santee Harris, a 22-year-old African American male from Peoria, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2018. Kamry was found shot in the front passenger seat of a car inside a garage located in the 2000 block of West Malone Street. The Peoria Police Department responded to a call at 12:56 p.m. reporting a man down and bleeding in an alley.
