Carlos E. McGary, a 41-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was fatally shot on January 21, 2018, while driving in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side. According to reports, McGary was shot multiple times in the body around 2:20 a.m. while driving in the 12900 block of South Halsted.
