Black male, age 24, Urstin Adams from Alsip, Illinois, was shot on the evening of Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
Police were called at about 6:22 p.m. to an apartment building in the 4600 block of West 131st Street, where officers found two men wounded in the vestibule.
