Black male, age 29. In the quiet pre-dawn of September 5, 2019, Isaac Alexander, a 29-year-old man from Alsip, was shot on the 12200 block of South Avers Avenue, the same block where he lived.
Cook County medical examiners found that he suffered multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead less than an hour after the attack, and the death was ruled a homicide.
