Jon Keener, a 52-year-old male from East Moline, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on February 6, 2018. The incident occurred near the intersection of 3rd Street and 15th Avenue in East Moline. Keener was found lying injured along the side of the road, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he was later pronounced dead. Keener, originally from Cordova, Illinois, had been living in Muscatine, Iowa at the time of his death.
