John W. Bell III, a 24-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on April 7, 2018, in Peoria, Illinois. The incident occurred around 9:15 PM in the 2700 block of West Wyoming Street, a neighborhood on Peoria's South Side. When police arrived at the scene, they found John W.
