Earnest Wilson, a 65-year-old African American man, was tragically shot to death on May 18, 2018, in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of South Euclid Avenue, where police found Wilson lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his face. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
