Taniyah Williams, a 20-year-old African American woman from Danville, Illinois, was tragically found dead on July 5, 2018. She was discovered in her home on Lape Street alongside LaTrey Reed, a 21-year-old male, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The discovery was made after a call to the police reported an unresponsive male lying on the floor. Upon arrival, the police found both Taniyah and LaTrey deceased, leading to an immediate investigation into their deaths as a double homicide. ...
