Dominique Lowe, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 10, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:55 p.m. in the 1700 block of West 85th Street in the South Side's Gresham neighborhood. Lowe was shot twice in the chest and twice in the arm by an unknown assailant who fired from a four-door dark car. Despite being rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
