Lorenzo Lee Williams, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 11, 2018, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood of Chicago, IL. According to reports, Lorenzo was walking in the 7800 block of South Greenwood Avenue when he was approached from behind and shot by Demarlo Thomas, a 24-year-old male who was on parole for a 2015 weapons charge at the time of the incident.
