Zachary “Zac” Fosburgh, a 19-year-old White/Caucasian male from South Beloit, Illinois, died on July 28, 2018. He was shot during an altercation near the 100 block of South Lincoln Street and was rushed across the state line to UW Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, where he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
