Tramaine Taylor, a 40-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on September 30, 2018, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. when officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 5700 block of South Sangamon Street.
